Nose piercing Empty Nose piercing

Every time I pierce my nose, one of my kids manages to rip it out and it just becomes an infected mess. Ive tried everything over the years but gave it up as a lost cause. Am I doing something wrong or is there a way I can get it, keep it safe and help it heal if it does get pulled out?
